I’ll be driving a Nissan Leaf electric car for the next couple of weeks, as part of Nissan’s 100-day campaign to raise awareness of electric motoring – The Big Turn On.
GreenMotor.co.uk is one of 10 blogs taking part across the UK. Not all the blogs are about cars, never mind green cars. They range from parenting blogs like Daddacool to, erm, I’m not sure what MouldyFruit is about but I think it might be makeup and beauty-products.
Whichever UK blogger gets the most endorsements from the public will get to keep the car. I’m a big fan of electric cars, but as a blogger I fall ever so slightly outside the income bracket required to actually buy one. So if you enjoy reading this blog I’d greatly appreciate your support. You can vote for me at my profile on the Big Turn On site or simply by clicking the button top right.
If you want to know a bit more about the car, give my Nissan Leaf review a read and let me know what you think in the comments.
But don’t just take my word for it if you’re interested in electric motoring. Nissan is offering 24-hour test drives from various Nissan dealers around the country. So have a go, and make up your own mind.
